I went swap meeting last weekend and found a seat I thought was pretty cool. It sort of fits my frame decently and I think when I actually make some fastening mounts it may work out pretty decent. For now zip ties give me the idea

I love the shape of it for your bike but Im not digging the upholstery/stitching. I think it would look awesome with some thin pleats or something like that. Are you going to run some sort of sissy bar?
